Ordinary People, Extraordinary Success!
Legacy is an independent documentary series created by Lisa Leonce and Oge Austin-Chukwu, telling inspiring stories of senior leaders in the UK who are people of colour. Each film offers inspiration, are a powerful example of resilience and determination, and explore various interconnected themes.
Our documentaries bring together honesty, depth, and humanity to tell stories that matter. Each film opens the door to conversations many people avoid — yet conversations our communities urgently need.
Through powerful real-life stories, these films help audiences better understand the experiences and realities shaping people’s lives today.
Designed to inspire empathy, insight, and meaningful dialogue, they are a valuable resource for community members, educators, organisations, and leaders alike — or anyone seeking a deeper understanding of the world around them.
More than just films, they are invitations to look beyond the surface, recognise our shared humanity, and imagine a more hopeful and equitable future.
